Registration is strongly encouraged - that is how you will receive route info. | Distances: 3, 9, 18 & 22 miles

You can expect groups at the following paces: 7:30 | 8:00 | 8:30 | 9:00 | 9:30 | 10:00 | 10:30 | 11:00 | 11:30 | 12:00+ | Run/Walk

Routes will be posted the day before the run on the Run Routes page (found under the Group Runs tab).
